                                 Company Profile

 Maxwell Entertainment is the parent company for PCM Records and 
 PCM Wears respectively. Maxwell Entertainment is been in existence since
 1993. In 1994  the company started casting for a  98 min. feature film project. 
 In 1995/1996 the company started with artist management program which in
 this year started with a reggae artiste known as George Nooks in which his first
 music video was made from choreographing to directing, and air playing for a
 long time in the USA. In 1997/1998/1999 worked with another reggae artist 
 known as Cocoa Tea. In 1998/1999 the company resumed with full rehearsal of
 its feature film project. In 1999/2000 the company independently shot 65% of 
 it's 98 min. feature film and in the volt.
 
 Maxwell Entertainment’s feature film project is in a pause mode to enable the
 marketing team to seek for a distribution deal.In 1999 the company decided to
 go international and formed a record label called “PCM” records. In 2000-2001 
 the company also worked with artiste such as Tyrone Taylor, Admiral Tibet, and
 Anthony Malvo respectively.  In 2001 the company decided to recruit and
 pursue young and up and coming talents to give them the same chance as we
 have given to the other artistes. In 2001 the company signed artiste such as
 “Zula King”, “Imykal”. Currently the company is in negotiation with another
 artist known as “DIA” all reggae artistes. The company is at the final stage
 getting ready to release singles from these artists.
