To our well-wishers, believers, fans and viewers. We are pleased to announce that
Maxwell Entertainment over the Labor Day weekend just concluded their last 
scene of the movie titled“SCRAMBLIN”

The Club scene and the Bedroom scene were shot in Miami, Florida on 9/03/05
 and 9/04/05 respectively. All the film cans are now at the lab (Technicolor)
 to be developed. We project that Editing of the movie will start 12/12/05
 God’s willing.

We at Maxwell Entertainment will like to thank all the Actors, actresses and 
all the people that participated as extras in the Club scene; Special thanks to DJ
Andrew and DJ Diego. We are also pleased to announce that Newline Cinema and
HBO are our prospective interested companies for distribution.
